DST simulation in Eclipse

Is there any way to simulate a DST test in Eclipse?

Just like any other simulation. The key here with the (relatively) short times involved is that the standard wellbore connection model using Peaceman factor and hydraulic pressure-equivalent radius is that these relationships are predicated on steady state - it uses an effective radius at which under steady state conditions the the block average pressure exists. If you want to accuratley model short term pressure tansient effects you need to fine up the near wellbore model such that this error becomes negligible. I'd suggest a radial model using logarithmically spaced radii - investigate effect of different degrees of coarsening to determine efficient level of refinement in your case.
