Equipment replacement

Recently we have taken a decision to phase out our old and unsafe equipments. Heat exchanger, distillation column, pressure vessel and reactors are among them. For a budgetary requirement we need some recent cost data of these equipments. Can anyone help me by providing source of the cost related data?
