    1. Install.
    2. Copy license file "license.dat" to c:\Landmark\LAM folder
    3. All modules are fully licensed.
    4. If necessary install LAM manager.

    Dear doctor2k7
I installed the setup and created LAM file in destination c:\Landmark folder. Then Copy license file "license.dat" to c:\Landmark\LAM folder,
    I get window mwssage
"You donot have license for any of the application modules; please make sure your license configuration has been setup properly.
The application will terminate when you hit the OK button."

    Please help...

    Hi.
I have other problem, the license manager program shows a message that says the license file don't have the server string.
    Any idea?
    Thanks

  6. ALFRE01, ensure when you install it you chose the Local installation, not Client nor Server, so the software will take the license data from LAM folder as doctor2k7 said in his instruction, hope it works for you. I tested it and it's working great. to doctor2k7, thanks for sharing this software, may Allah bless you...!!!

Thanks doctor2k7 for the upload. I really needed it!

I tried installing Wellcat several time, but it wouldn't install the LAM folder on the specific location you mentioned. Creating the folder Lam on C:\Landmark\.. didn't work, it came up each time with:
"You donot have license for any of the application modules; please make sure your license configuration has been setup properly.
The application will terminate when you hit the OK button."

As I was looking for an explanation I noticed that on Vista Home it doesn't install a Lam Folder on C:\Landmark\.. but just in C:\ without the "Lam" folder.
So instead of creating a folder in C:\Landmark\.. called "Lam". I just copied the license file to C:\ and it worked perfectly!

      Thanks again!

        Hey alx135,

Looks like you have the same problem as I did. If your using windows vista, you should just copy the license file to C:\
Instead of creating a lam folder in c:\Landmark\..

If not try to find the file "LAMReleaseNotes". In the folder where that file is you should copy the license file.

        Hope it works!

        Cheers

          Dear Hilick
I have not Vista, and I did as you said but unfortunately it didnot work and again message was:
You donot have license for any of the application modules; please make sure your license configuration has been setup properly.
The application will terminate when you hit the OK button.

          Try this:
          • Uninstall Wellcat, including the lam folder you created and the folder C:\Landmark. Some files will still be there after uninstalling.
          • Install Wellcat again (local).
          • When your getting the screen at the end "to restart your pc" click this aside
          • Go to start and search the file "LAMReleaseNotes". Or try to find out where the Lam folder is.
          • When you find it. Open the folder where it's in and past the license file in it.
          • Open the installation window again and press ok to restart

If this doesn't work I'm not sure that I can help you.

          Good luck

          • Yeah, it works!!!

I also had troubles (the same mentioned here) at the beginning but, I solved them registering the license using the "License Handler" from another software (OLGA)...so, it really works but, depending on your specific configuration and installed softwares you may need to change installation procedures...

By the way, it takes a little bit (a few minutes) for the program to start after clicking the Wellcat icon...has anybody experienced this same issue? I have checked this in two different computers and, both show the same behavior.

            Thanks and regards.

          • Is there a more recent version of WELLCAT available, like a 2005 or later?
            Thanks.
