HTRI v 5 SP2 or v 6 Required

files from HTRI 5.0 cr**k are not running in HTRI 6.0 (Xist for example) even if I use layout.dll and HtriSribd.dll from Val100 ********.

Could you explain it?

Please note this in post # 45 in this thread:

Important things, layout.dll and HtriSrbrs.dll are very important to runing for HTRI V6.0.
layout.dll and HtriSrbrs.dll are attached in to the Xsuit_by_VALS(only_Xace).rar.

These files are not from HTRI 5 files.

Dear Henj,

I used HtriSrbrs.dll attached in to the Xsuit_by_VALS(only_Xace).rar but the result it's the same. If you start a new shell and tube HX (design) and run the program to find the solution of your case, the message window displays a message about incompatibility of files for ver. 5 and ver. 6 system: this causes the program to fail.

Does HTRI 6 work okay for Xace case?
If so and it is "only" say Xist case that gives problems, then try copy the cr**** files for the version 5 to the xist folder again.

You may use some of the example files for testing.

I have done the test you suggest: XACE ver 6.0 with Val100 ******** is running, but XIST ver 6.0 with *.dll files (only those for XIST) from HTRI ver 5.0 cr**k gives an error message.

the c**** from val 100 is only for the vers. 6.0. another part of the suite are not function.

So the HTRI 6 is okay but the xist files from version 5 does not work.

Have you copied all the files from the original dll files from say this file for XIST

And then the Cr**** files from version 5 from the "Unrar_in_XS5.rar" files in your say C:\Program Files\HTRI\XchangerSuite6? for XIST As described in

Use the use layout.dll and HtriSribd.dll from Val100 ******** / only xace files.

I hope this help - else I can only say try unistall and delete HTRI 6 folder and try again ..

Does HTRI 6 work okay for Xace case as mentioned in above posts?
If so then you need the original_dll_files for XIST and use the cr**** files from HTRIv5 for xist from the files mentioned above.
