Which one, the last ones are .b1 files, you need to rename them like I instructed. Then you use a free .b1 unpacker program. They are like a .rar but there are no free .rar creation programs for MAC that I am aware of, only unrar programs.

The attached spreadsheet program is a tool I use to "Rename Files" so they follow a file naming convention I established in my engineering group here at the office.
You actually don't need this to rename file extensions. This can be done in Windows Explorer, however you have to have extensions turn on.
The attached spreadsheet does an great job of renaming files.
