Working perfectly here. Windows 8.1 64bits. (06/03/2015) Thank you so much, this software is too expensive, and I'm a student. Many software developers have student versions, but SKM don't have. I just wanted to do a load flow study with a graphical interface, but couldn't find any free. Thank you so much, OP.

If you are a student practicing on software, and you need a freeware try InterPSS it is free. You can do load flow, short circuit and even transient stability studies. You only need to have java runtime which is free. This is a cross-platform application which you could run even in MAC.
