I downloaded both files from the first link
No problem to open the part 1
For part-2 I am always getting the following message
"Extract HAZOP Guide to Best Practice 2015.part2.rar from Temp to Nouveau dossier
2: Fatal error occurred, 250 ms
Input: 986.7 KB @ 3.8 MB/s"
I tried several times since yesterday, I used different browsers to download and different compression programs to open the file but I am getting always the same result
Would you pleases upload the part-2 file again

I got the 3 files and I opened them
But surprise they are just the split of the first file in the first link
Summary: the part 1 in the first link, called also part2 in the 2nd link tare same and they include the complete book

Mamado, there is only one book. Split parts are the only way to post files larger than 1.3mb on this site.

This is done by breaking up the .pdf pages in smaller chunks like I did or by a compression method such as .rar or .b1. like the original poster.
