However, if your interests are deeper and objectives diverse on Plant Safety, then let me tell you that Mr. Trevor Kletz enjoys a unique status on the subject. His another book written as sequel to "What went Wrong" is named as "Still going Wrong". Ever since he started writing books on Plant Safety in 1984 he continued writing for about two decades, most of the publications are highly prized in the subject. I have a couple of them and can share.
