gPROMS(General process modelling system)

Hi every1,
I am facing a problem while installin gPROMS in my PC. I am unable to copy to the licence file to the installed path. It is mentioning that "ACCESS DENIED". Without that i m unable to run the software. Can any1 pls let me know the solution for dis. Also can u please send me some alternate links for downloading it. Thanks in advance.
