its seem some of the pages of the pdf you upload are missing.

Indeed, it's missing some pages.
E.g. chapter 13 is 1 page only.
Nonetheless thnx for the share, I'd like to see what the full book is like, especially if it can be submitted here in a searchable pdf as it's shared right now
