I think chapter 3 is also missing...chapter 4 is 2 times....Chapter 7 is also missing...and also some pages from the ends are missing...

2. Chapter 7: Local Loads (from p435 ~ p472)
3. Chapter 11: Materilas (from p719 ~ p742)
4. Appendices (from 743 ~ last page)
