Dear selmagis,
There is nothing concerned with Mechanical Hazards, hierarchy of controls etc..ASP book without that chapter is a surprise

Chapter 15 examined Mechanics as the study of the relationships between motion, forces, and energy.
Chapter 19 examined hierarchy of controls through Management Theories.
That's only guide for Safety Professional.
