That lic is for PVTsim 18.0 ,not for PVTsim 19.0, anyone PLS share it?

Have you tried?
From my experience on Simsci Pro/II and OLGA license that also using flexlm security, the license file from previous version is workable in the next version.
For PVTSim, I haven't tried yet.
