Do you have any software for clean gas pipe sizing such as for novec1230 or fm200. Suppliers here do not give if for free, unlike before when halon was being used. Would appreciate if you can help us on this. Thanks and regards.

Yes we have it but the problem is that they all run with a HASP key so they're no good without buying the software. I've played around with defeating the key, and was successful with some other software.

I've been meaning to give it a try again but haven't had time as of late. We've got a few key's on our designers work stations but I don't have one (I have them do the Calc's now).

If I get a chance in the next couple of months (sorry...we're swamped right now) I'll give it a shot and post what I discover.

Kidde, Siemens, Chemetron, and PyroChem all use the HASP. Ansul with their Inergen equipment use an over the phone registration (they're not as sophisticated) as Microsoft.

If you know of someone good with software I'll post the software but all the tools i've seen to defeat the HASP, require you to have one first, so they'd have to be a lot smarter than I.

I am using Acrobat Reader version 9.2.0. As I said, I could open the file and even though I got a message that the page might not show properly, everything looked fine.

Sauro, by the way, I would like to thank you also for the staircase pressurization file. Your documents cover an area of fire protection that I have not found easily in Internet.

my copy is old - 2002 edition. However, if you are badly in need, you can browse all of the latest editions on the nfpa website but you can not print the documents.
