I will have internal flooating roof design (pontoon type), I make it with "Guide to Large Storage Tank book", and ALGOR FEMRPO, and simple mechanics, I fix it the book mistake (deliberate or not, I don't know, but with other book everybody can fix it)...so, I don't have Double deck type calcualtion, but later (when I finished the single deck, or pontoon roof calculation), I have pleasure for make one double deck calculation (my company, where I work, designed double deck type roof in the past, but they just copy the old drawing and design data...not make a new design, because this is the best economical design solution...but not to pretty
