did you mean a drilling fluids courses to attend or books to read ??

If you are in egypt there is a course center called Oil and Gas Skills (OGS) arrange for such courses regulary, I attend one course their and it was very good for me ( as a beginner)
also there is a course center called intex also arrange for such courses, but confirmation is only one week before the planned date of course, and maybe cancelled

what ever the center that you will attend with, the most important thing that you have to know is -who is the instructor- and his experience in drilling fluids field

some times there are mud schools arranged by mud companies for owner companies, but I am not convenced with this schools since it is mostly commerial in nature, and you will know only what they want you to know.
