How to download attachment from forum

Please help to download attachment from forum. I had tried to download some but no possible.

It is so much easy , just click on attached file and get it ,

But maybe you have a Downloader software installed in your system like DAP,IDM,flashget etc ....Then it is better to disable it and get attach through IE or Firefox ... Try and tell me results

After disabling down load manager DAP also, I can not downlod the attachemt from site. Please help me.
