Depressurizing Sour Gas Pipelin

i have a special case
a pipeline with 17000 meter, 10 inchs diameter with 15 MMSCFD. the operating condition is Pressure=37 bar and Tem=30C
the problem is the high amount of H2S. there is 2.5% (by mole) H2S. (25000 PPM)
there are three LBVs. first in 4600 meter second in the 5000 meter and third in 11000 meter
please help me with depressurizing method.
there are 3 choise
1- flare
2- cold vent
3- blow down
i dont know
because of high amount of H2S maybe flare help us. but i dont know. i have phast 6.53 and i can model every suggestion
please help me.
half day i have searched for a standard about depressurizing pipeline but i didnt find. please help me. thanks
