Hysys 3.1 / 3.2 Died in Year 2009?

I stucked at step no. 2.
file 2006 licgen.exe is giving message "Aspen2006 licgen exe has stopped working". I am using windows vista and hysys 3.2 and don't know the reason of failure of step 2.

Are you using vista x64?
If yes, then running the licgen in 32 bit mode could help

p/s: I am not too familiar with vista or 7.
