Aspen One v7.1

I have the ASPEN V7.1 in my computer and run very very good.

Thanks a lot polaris44. The Lic is the same that Aspen 2006.5, because this version run in my computer too.

I need serious advice here.

I downloaded the aspen 7.1,, and the 2006 license key generator.

I am able to install successfully in 3 of my laptops, but the last one always get stuck at the aspen 7.1, inital stage of the stand-alone license key input portion.

Any of you guys got such problem or know how do i delete the program existing registry? I suspect that something is recorded in the computer registry and there is some error.

Any help please. thanks in advance...

type regedit in the command prompt. Go to HKEY/LOCAL MACHINE/SOFTWARE/ASPENTECH/

DELETE THE REGISTERY ENTRY. REBOOT AND TRY. BEST OF LUCK.

I had done the regedit thing. wait a beri long time compared to 15-20sec for the 700 licenses to appear. after i reinstalled and restart the aspen 7.1, now it prompt me no license... opps. :X

I went to the common files folder and check, my license file is sitting in the directory.. anyone encountered such problem?

I don't need touch the regedit.

1st run the setup.exe package Aspen
2nd when requesting the license file, run the program magnitude and wait that generate the file.
3st copy the license file to a directory eg c:\ aspen licence
4th place on the instaler program the license file.
5th only works in standalone mode
6th choose programs that you want installer,
7th already installed and to play

this is my experience and I can play with the Aspen V7.1 package

and I have Windows Vista

Thanks for the kind revert.

I did the 7 steps which u stated for my first 3 laptops. but the 4th laptop was not successful. I noted that the differences among the installation was the 4th laptop took at least 10mins to generate the 700 licenses while the first 3 laptops took only around 15seconds. So dunnoe if anyone encountered that b4.
