My company shall prepare and submit PERFORMANCE AND RELIABILITY TEST PROCEDURE to Client for review and approval. Approval of the procedure would be followed by commencement of the performance and reliability tests.
What I know from theory is that the performance test procedure is designed to demonstrate that the oil & gas plant operates to the requirements of the Basis of Design in terms of throughput, product quality, turndown etc.
In reality I have not met in my carrier with such a task and would really appreciate if anybody of you guys provide me with personal experience on how to draft the procedure or advice on any methodology or codes & standards to be used for preparing the procedure.
