specailly the last one after copying 'iservce" fiel, i didn't get from the video what is the last step. please help

I completed the procedure upto copy of of licence file"ISERVEC"
after that i couldn't get from video

2. Install server
3. Add ***** file (license) from *****-forlder to folder where was installed server (WinNT)
4. Stop and rego server
