If you don't have flexlm_windows.exe, you can download it from following location

[link Point to another website Only the registered members can access]
    1. run g315.exe, type of intsllation remote server. When you arrive to server blanksheets in blank box sever1: type this "12345@localhost"
2.after finishing in the location C:\Program Files\PSE\Flexlm\docs you have file install_flex_lm_win.... This file can help you to set the license.
    3. Make license file

Blacksea gave the license file. Copy the text from: Server yours_server... till the end to new notepad file and save it as license.lic in the location.

    4. start lmtools.exe from location C:\Program Files\Flexlm\bin
    5. go to Config Service tab
    -service name: PSE
    -Path to the lmgrd.exe: C:\Program Files\Flexlm\bin\lmgrd.exe
-Path to the license file:C:\Program Files\PSE\Flexlm\license.lic (location where you save lic file)
-in the same where you save lic file location create debug.log file using notpade
-Path to the debug log file:C:\Program Files\PSE\Flexlm\ldebug.log
-activate both options Stat server.... & Use Ser...
    -Press save service
-go to tab Start/Stop/Reread press start server, and if it is succeful press Reread license file. If you get message that reread of Serv. Lic file completed you can start gproms

I hope this will help you
    Regards

Also, current v.3.15 is delivered without go:Cape-Open option so property package from Aspen Plus, Hysys or Pro II can not be used in gProms. It will be nice if someone can provide this additional option

    Svmirko,

I cannot select server1 to"12345@localhost" as you instruction:

    1. run g315.exe, type of intsllation remote server. When you arrive to server blanksheets in blank box sever1: type this "12345@localhost"
2.after finishing in the location C:\Program Files\PSE\Flexlm\docs you have file install_flex_lm_win.... This file can help you to set the license.
    3. Make license file.

During the run g315.exe I dont see any typing windows or server blanksheets for selecting server1. Is there other possibilty to select server name to 12345@localhost ?

What is about the tools Control Center Simulation v3 you posted? can I select server with this tools?

    Hi, Hoiborg

When you start g315.exe, and select remote server installation, yoou sholud get option to select server. This is only in the case when you're intsalling for the first time. If you instal/uninstal, the outcome will be the same. You can try to install, in one of the windows during the installation, selected server 1: name will be shown. In the license file exchange you server name 12345... with your. Also, you can ask some of the guys with experiance ot help you, for example: blacksea

  12. Hi, Hoiborg

If you have gproms installed, and you need to change the Server name you should change the enviroment variable PSELMD_LICENSE_FILE on Windows.

Open Control Panel-Performance and Maintenance-System (or right-click on My Computer and choose "Properties"). In the box that opens, click the "Advanced" tab to obtain a dialog box. Next, click the button "Environment Variables".

Look for the PSELMD_LICENSE_FILE name in System Variables, an change the variable value for 12345@localhost

    Hi Pirata

I followed your instruction, it works! the problem was that at the 1st time installation I forgot typing for the server name to 12345@localhost, then I installed again and again but could not see the windows for typing the server name anymore.
You are great, thanks a lot.
