Aspen‘s problem,need help

I encounter following problem:
Aspen Plus Version ***(version number) could not locate the registry entry for the data brower menu database. Data entry and results forms will not be available.

I think the cause is missing some registry entries, but do not know how to deal with it except reinstallation the system( reinstallation Aspen is no use)

who can give a resolution of this problem, thanks a lot

I think this error is in dependent of Aspen version because I have met the problem using 11.1/12.1/2006
