you may consider Prode Properties, it is available from prode.com site,
with the software comes a Excel page to calculate hydrate formation curves, the procedure calculates hydrate equilibria with several inhibitors, the model is based on CPA (SRK) plus Van der Waals-Platteeuw (hydrates)
