Simops procedure

Hope all are doing well. I need a help from you...........currently our company is executing a pipeline project in a LNG Plant. Our job is to install a new SS Pipeline of 16" (Length of few kilometers) and few branch connections of 2", 6" & 4" of CS and SS both. Pipeline system consists of Power Controlled valves & knock-out drums also. Activities involved are erection of prefabrication pipe spools on existing pipe racks (lifting over live lines), welding and associated activities, hydro test, insitu blasting and painting of weld joints etc.

In connection with the above construction activity in Live LNG Plant i am preparing a SIMOPS Procedure. the procedure needs to incorporate SIMOPS Activities Matrix in it. If any body can help me with preparation of SIMOPS Activities Matrix, it would be highly helpful.
