You aim to gather policies and procedures followed by Large Multi-nationals on how they address the issue of Reliability is nice. I would like to augment your intention that would benefit the community on a larger scale. In my opinion Egpet colleagues can contribute by submitting info on the following:
1. Policies and Best Practices (e.g. Aramco SABP-G-008).
2. Procedures. (e.g. NORSOK Z-016)
3. Maintenance Practices (e.g. RCM)
4. Standards. (e.g. ISO 14224)
5. Databases. (e. g. OREDA/SINTEF)
6. Conference Papers/Articles.
7. Trainings and Tutorials.
8. Books
