file is secured PDF, i should save as XPS then convert to pdf so the size will be more than 415 MB (maybe more than 800 MB) so it is very difficult for me to upload it.

Use BullZip PDF printer in Foxit to get around the protection. Make sure you embed fonts in the Bullzip PDF settings.
