I'm working on a floating roof storage tank for C5+ products in a natural gas fractionation plant. Apparantly, In API 650 There is not any point about the slop of LOWER DECK of the roof. I need to know that, what is the difference between flat and steep roof? What concepts are in design of LOWER DECK?
