Help Needed in calculating the web thickness of Spectacle Blind

i need to know how to calculate the Web Thickness of SPECTACLE BLIND & Handle Thickness of SPACER AND SPADE( PADDLE BLANK & PADDLE SPACER)
In ASME B16.48 no where thickness calculation is mentioned

Kindly help me in this

in ASME B16.48 Technical Spec* all the thickness for different Classes of rating already provided* why do you have to do calculation yourself?

Thickness of Flanges is given * But thickness of WEB or Handle is not given
