Hello everyone* i work for BP at Argentina.

I want to know if someone know something about Part in & Part out properties on USA.

I know that some properties doesnt pay taxes and some does* but i need to know why this happened because as a gas balancing analyst we need to adjust imbalances and this issue is making some trouble on my work.
