In a thin oil rim reservoir* the wells that have been perforated in the oil column produce crude with an API close to 35. While the wells perforated in the gas cap produce condensate with an API close to 50.
I would like to know the mechanism to model this mutli-phase behavior of a reservoir in MBAL and in simulation studies. I'm particularly interested to know about the fluid description in terms of PVT properties that can be used to model this behavior.
