PRO / II performs rigorous calculations material and heat balances for a wide range of processes* from the primary separation of oil and gas to the reactive distillation processes.

interfaces:
  • HTFS - automates the retrieval of data for streams based PRO / II data and create on their basis of input-file for HTFS;
  • HTRI - makes it possible to fully integrate the design of the program and the calculation of shell and tube heat exchangers HTRI XIST;
  • Linnhoff-March - material and energy balances of the PRO / II can be transferred to Column SuperTarget software package module for analyzing the energy efficiency of the separation process.


Additional special modules:
  • Batch - calculation stirred tank reactor and the batch rectification periodic calculation process can be run separately or as part of PRO / II flowsheet;
  • Electrolytes - This module integrates with thermodynamics OLI Systems company electrolytes and pozvolyaetgenerirovat own thermodynamic model of electrolytes* to create their own databases and work with them.
  • Polymers - allows to simulate industrial processes involving polymer - by purification of monomers and polymerization reactions to separation and processing. Polymers makes it possible to describe any resin component as a set of fractions having a certain average molecular weight* which allows an accurate modeling of the mixing and separating polymers.
  • Profimatics - model company KBC reactors (REFSIM* HTRSIM* FCCSIM) included in the PRO / II program as technological devices. Note that data components and thermophysical properties including recycles convergence is automatically updated in the calculation.
  • AMSIM - module for rigorous modeling of cleaning acid gases amine solutions in PRO / II is fully integrated package AMSIM DB Robinson company.
