ETAP is an integrated tool for detailed analysis of the AC and DC systems. Engineers of thousands of organizations and businesses around the world use ETAP for the design* analysis* maintenance and operation of electric power systems of a wide profile. DC system uses the same database as the AC network. Modules "Steady state DC systems" and "Calculation of short circuits in DC systems" provide engineers the ability to design and maintenance of DC systems. Module "Defining the parameters of batteries and discharge" are used to select the most appropriate elements of the batteries* check the capacity of existing batteries and simulate various scenarios of the DC system.

They have now improved their download speed. Watch out for the time out on downloads. If the download isn't completed in 2 hours and 4 minutes then the download stops even if there is less than a Meg remaining. 2 hours and 4 minutes exactly every time.
