Implementation Date BPVC 2017

Hi friends!

I want to know when is mandatory the use of BPVC 2017. I'm new in this matter and i don't know how works this change.

Assuming an issuance data of 1 July 2017* it will be 1 Jan 2018 (as kanil mentioned). There's always a 6 month period after issuance date before the code becomes effective.
