An offshore well with a passing DHSV (SCSSV)* can the well allowed to continue production even though all the tree valves (including SSV and actuated WV) are in good operating condition. Is there any specific regulation or rule / standard that specifically addresses this concern?

When I say "passing DHSV" I mean the valve is tested and leak rate is in excess of API RP14B.
