[exciter saturation model]PSSE data over to ETAP issue

I just got telephone support from ETAP


SEmax(ETAP)=SE2(PSSE)
EFDmax(ETAP) = E2 (PSSE)

SE.75(ETAP)= SE1(PSSE)

(not represented in ETAP but should be E2 x 0.75 ) = E1(PSSE)
