As the title suggests, how did the word M-e-d-i-c-i-n-e become the new word for c***k?

Any ideas? can't seem to find any info on this

any other words mean the same thing?

It's been used over a decade. It used to be a single word. Generally I only ever saw it in Egpet back then.
The c * * * k word wasn't allowed and some one just used M-e-d-i-c-i-n-e and it was adopted. Then people started using the hidden word M-e-d-i-c-i-n-e. I'm not sure if the real word is even scanned or banned. Maybe people were just playing it safe.

In certain forum (e.g. egpet) the word c.r.a.c.k. is being filtered (doesn't display)* so* wise people use similar word that like "med.."* the word used by reversing people.

it has been used in russian sites(lavteam for eg) long before egpet (could come from that zone or china...)
generic category of m.edicine/cure/... (something to "heal" the "sick" software) with types: k.eygen/p.atch/serial number/...

yes* generally speaking it doesn't came from a specific site (lavteam or egpet for e.g.) but one thing is certain* it was used by reversing people (to heal the sick software)* and sometime "solution" is also used (to fixed the problematic software..lol..)..the goal is to bypass the protection..
