even though there are no meds or serials yet

i can confirm that ETAP 1600 seems to use the same library as ETAP 1400 via exact same file size* also you are able to load and use etap1600library.lib on ETAP 14.0.0.

ignore the part about there are no meds yet...
jeez i haven't been able to follow everything* and keep everything up to date and no one bothered to correct me

basically ETAP 14.0 ETAP 14.1 ETAP 16.0 threads are jumbled into one big mess
