Probably you mean section VIII ?

I need myself examples of calculations of the legs supporting spherical tanks
how to calculate for earthquake , ? how to design bracings ? do we have to check also for settlement ? etc.

How much volume do you need to store? How much ullage volume do you need? Add these together to get the total sphere volume. Then just use the standard equation for the volume of a sphere to determine the radius. Simples
