I think that when you install bentley it will configure the sql database.. I have tried it once. But i forgot how i did it. Need to reinstall again to verify.

when you run the first time the soft, at config, ask for a database

First i install the bentley with all the prerequisite software and then i install the SQL 2008. then i dont know what next so i try to open the bentley substation to try and the error pop up.

please help!!

Maybe you have to install first SQL and then Substation.
