Need more helps in Dualporosity model with only 1 fracture- ECLIPSE?

Hi All

i am setting up a test model to compare single-poro with dual-poro model. I have a test field with dimension 100x100x1. In this field we assume that we have only 2 fractures at the central with shape "+".
In the single-porosity model, the with of grids at 2 fracture i set equal to aperture of fracture (Ex: 0.5m), all the parameter such as perm, poro, i can set for all cells.
But in the dual-porosity model, we have 2 media: matrix and fracture. So how can i setup the grid and the parameters (perm, poro) for this test field.
I tried to use the ACTNUM keyword. I set all the cell which not contain fracture is 0, and the cell contain fracture is 1, but the result i thing is wrong.

Anybody can help me?
