There are several approaches you can take* the simplest is find a near well producing from the same zone and with pressure data and use the parameters from that well.
Other option is by using the production data including flowing pressures perform a RTA (rate transient analysis) it will provide you with the drainage area.
The other option is to back calculate from flowing data the reservoir parameters that you can apply to the Drainage area calculation* but be careful* for this you need some sort of RTA too.
