c) Part 6 : Level 1 @ Pitting Damage
d) Part 7 : Level 1 @ HIC and Blister Damage
e) Part 12 : Level 1 @ Dent, Gouge and Dent / Gouge Damage
f) Part 13 : Level 1 @ Lamination
