[help] heat rate correction factor

I found many heat rate correction factor in tables according to attach file. The heat rate changing by ambient temperature and condenser cooling water in steam power plant, super critical parameters. Can some one help me how to calculate that, i need standard or equations, Thanks very much!

But for derating of performamce of electrical devices due to temperature, you must see the standard iec 60085

Thanks for answer. I want to calculating effect of ambient temperature and condenser cooling water on power plant perfomance (or heat rate of cycle = heat input/Electric out put) and factor ratio in thermal power plant. I have a picture relationship between temperature and heat rate factor ratio reference to ambient temperature and condenser cooling water temperature, but i dont know the standard/code to calculating or equation for this relationship

HI:
therea are no specific curves or equations to solve this problem, the method to calculate is as follows
First step is to have correction curves vs temperature for condenser and cooling tower ( if you have) and then calculate STexhaust pressure and power output, you must repeat this for each ambient temp. to be considered
Some specific programs for Thermal Power plants such as Thermoflow suite or Gate Cycle can aid to solver this easier
