How to convert TIFF scanned well logs to ASCII or LAB format?

Does anyone know how to convert TIFF format scanned well logs into ASCII or LAB formats? Because I want to do log analysis on IP 4.2 and it only takes ASCII or LAB formats so if anyone can help me or tell me which software does the conversion I would be grateful and would really appreciate it.

Thanks it worked but it's quite a lot of work doing it all manually but yes at least there is a software available for it.

do you have neuramap also
