The wine racks are reliable if condition weather are suitable, and the wine can support this temperature and humdity without any chemical and taste change (organoleptic properties) . The Wine can change the taste or transform in bad-vinegar if ather's conditions are highly variable, hot or cold.
Is better a bottle refrigerator with humidity and temperature control, the wine shall retain their organoleptic properties. If you taste a wine bottle you must open the bottle two/three hour before and put into a decanter.
Becarefull with red, white, young or old wine they have different weather
and decanter conditions.
