instruction to install Aspen Process Manua for aspen 8.x

i install aspen hysys 8.4 manuals (aspenONEV86DVD1b) on win 8.1 but when i try open hysys process manual i get errors massage

Yes i install it as admin

"Aspen Process Manual" -standalone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PROCEDURE: You have installed CD1a from v 8.6!!!
And now you start installation from :CD1b (Process Manual) !!!!
...............................START.............. .........................
2) Install IIS - Go to "Program and Features" click on "Turn Windows features on or off" (in "Control Panel")... check the box corresponding to the IIS ...-Check all)
4) Start the installer of AspenOneV8.x ...
5) When you open the installation menu click "Aspen Engineering" ... Install then Process Manual and ... .........
6. Type when ask:
for domain (computer name )\ username(is Administrator name);
Password: **************
(Administrator and Password :..> you also need when Start computer!!!!)
Ps.:
Your computer name (domain) can be found in the Properties of Computer (right click Computer icon then select properties).
7) …and install the "Aspen Process Manual" …
8) After installation access the: Start menu, All Programs, Process Development, Process Manual and open the "Process Manual Administration” (open on yours Browser!)
A. Click "Re-index documents" …..
B. RUN PROCESS MANUAL (look point: 8) )
End!!!!

I Follow the above procedure but i still get the same errors masage
Also when i start start installation from :CD1b , step 6 in appove procedure not appear to me
