Request Furnace Exit Gas Temperature (FEGT) for BFB Boiler

Hi Guys.

I need know what is furnace exit gas temperature (FEGT) for bubbling fluidzed-bed boiler? Are there any chart from this temperature & load boiler?

Dear friend ,

Furnace exit gas temperature is estimated during design process for the given furnace geometry and radiant heat absorption.The designer looks at the super heater inlet gas temperature , super heater HT area need and assigns a suitable furnace geometry and estimate the heat balance . Generally it is the boiler manufacturers know how . You may get to have more elaborate explanation in B & Ws steam its generation and use book. Practically in field you can it measure with a suitable pyrometer/ thermocouple.
