The derivative curve normally comes with a lot of noise if you are using the basic equation of derivative, my suggestion is that you need to use the bourdet equation in order to reduce the noise.

some PTA Software use this equations, try to find the equations in the "Modern Well Test Analysis" Book by Roland N. Horne.
